A man was sentenced to four years in jail at Dingwall Sheriff Court after committing lewd and indecent behaviour towards a 5-year-old boy.
Abdur Sadiq Mohammed, 26, was also placed on the Sex Offenders Register and had been recommended for deportation.
The offence took place at an address in Dingwall on 12 September 2009.
